Up-date 31.01.2013 Now he is Ready, it was a Surprise for me that i just made the Rims in Black Chrome, i didnt plan that
My first Idea for the Backround was to Paint a sandy Beach scene with lot's of Shadows from a Palm Family, but very soon i realize that this would take far to much Time to finish the Illustration, so i just grab my Iwata Airbrush and doodeling around a few lines to leave a rough impression of what i thought it would might be looking good.
With this Painting it is my very first attempt to play with Blur on the reflections on the Car's surface ( the Paintwork ) may i go Overboard with that Experiment on the Aston Martin Vantage i'm still not quite shure about that.
I've changed a lot of things compare to the impression from the Original Reference Photograph ( the Rear Lights, the interrior, and the Rims and all other Metal, Chrome and shiny Parts) cause i just decide they'r all far to bright for my taste.
I allways do that, realy never ever try to Paint 1:1 from a Photograph and reach the same impression to the Viewer ( if that is even possible ) that would make no Sense in my opinion.
And Yes, the Rearlights Drive's me Crazy on this one, cause i didnt get the impression i've wanted ( after 12 Hours of Work only on the Right Tail Light, i realy thought i would deserve a little bit more of a "better Look " but it wasnt that ).
a lot of Details are still to ad,...on the roof, the back ,on the Tires , and so on and on . . . ...120 x 80 cm Acrylics on Canvas
What medium is this in?
The Media is just the usual Canvas prepared with Gesso
